The repair looks great. What was not great was the change in repair time from the end of the week to mid next week and then the end of the first week again.
Had to do some planning and with the plan changing the planning was much more difficult. But bottom line is the end of 4 days instead of 8 was better.
I can't imagine how you really even come close to getting the estimates right the first time. I SAW what looked to be 30 or more clipboards lined up to future repairs. Must be mind boggling.
