David, Kevin, and the entire repair team were always willing to talk with me and explain the repair status of my vehicle. When I reached the limit of what my insurance coverage allowed for a rental vehicle during the repair process they provided a loaner car for me at no extra charge. That is certainly going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

The repair job was satisfactory. The problem I had was the timing of the job. I delivered the truck for repair on December 5th which was the date given to me as the repair start day. The repair was said to be 9 working days. The truck was not ready in 15 working days. I was told it would be ready for pickup the next day which was December 24th. They knew they would be closed the next day and even though the rest of the year and until the 1st week of 2023. So I was very disappointed. 28 days was not good for me to be with out my truck. So I went in a waited for them to put it back together at 5:00 o’clock on the 23rd of December. I was highly ticked when I was completely left in the dark of what was happening! (Not transparent like I was told at the beginning). Bottom line, I must say it was a management problem. I am satisfied with the body work but the inside of my truck was a total disaster with paint dust and smudges. Not good!!!
