The Prof Touch ordered parts but then parts that were then delivered were wrong. I have no reason to think that they ordered the wrong parts. It's happened to me before in other shops, and I have to wonder if this is now "a thing" that happens too often and slows down the repair time. If this is the parts providers' error, bring some pressure to bear on them, yes? I liked the service at The Professional Touch.
