The Service King, Geico and Enterprise Team located in the Miles of Cars, National City, was the best. They analyzed my car and told me what they were going to do, they gave me options of what I think, and they answered my questions and concerns very well. Their estimated repair time was accurate. I got my vehicle in better shape then when I left it. My car was fixed, it was cleaned, and all my belongings that was in my car initially was still there. I say that the company should give them all a raise because they did such a great job.

I did not appreciate the day, the lack of communication, the sales people blaming me for the delay, and having to call the store multiple times to get an update and then he car taking over three weeks to get fixed and finally giving me loner after I complained multiple time.

Paint job was not finished; rough finish in many places, in one area paint dried as over sprah drops, scratches were not smoothed out before painting. Detail work was rushed; streaks and smudges on windows and interior. Terrible quality control. My experience with Service King two years ago was much better. This needs to be corrected!
