It would have been much easier for me if “Service” King provided a service. Instead I was required to find another shop that actually performs a service to customers and have my car towed there. No options were given. Also, you were slow and unresponsive when you were preparing your estimate. As a result it has been a week since the accident and I’m where I started. I will be filing a detailed complaint with USAA and suggestion they find another company to work with in San Diego.
