We wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the work you did on our Toyota Rav 4. We were a little hesitant about bringing our vehicle to Fix Auto because the last auto body company there did a very shoddy job on three previous visits. One so bad I cut my fingers from window glass found between the seats. Another time they talked us into a rental car with the promise of a 2-3 day job only to have the job take 2 ****/2 weeks. This job was done expediently and we were kept informed of the progress timeline. We were pleasantly surprised with the total outside detailing of the car. We also did appreciate Tucker. He was very professional and efficient. His honesty and professional courtesy was a welcome surprise. We will be back if we need another service.
