I thought the front desk could be friendlier. Front desk was friendlier when my car was ready but not so friendly when I first arrived. I'm very sensitive to this kind of thing as I own a service business myself.
The gentlemen who I sat with was very professional, kind and polite as was the owner. Nice & professional looking facility.
