Thank you. I felt completely taken care of by Terry and the team that repaired the car. It was a BIG job and beautifully executed. So far, so good.
On another note, I was surprised by the "tip" jar. It never occurred to me that a tip (what am I tipping on?) might be expected and I had no cash to leave.
Yet, I can see that the service of pick up etc is definitely above and beyond. I still feel a bit unsettled about it.
