****.My lights were not hooked up when i left the facility(had no rear brake/tail lights or blinkers), and did not realize this until got home!!
2.There is a broken hook in the trunk, and there are missing bolts that hold the plastic piece in place in the trunk where the lid closes.
I am not pleased with these issues. I do not think I would recommend Carriage Masters to any one.

Your office staff was very helpful and responsive to both my calls and in person visits????????!!! Charlie did my estimate and noticed some things that I had missed. He is very talented. Your office coordinate with my insurance company and avoided my having to do it. They texted me on the progress of the repairs which was very helpful. Least but certainly not last the repairs were very well done. My car looks better than it did before the accident. Charlie saw to every detail. Henry was great to work with when he received my messages. The front desk didn’t seem to friendly especially when we picked up our car, just handed the keys over with know walk out to the car or for us to take a look at. Henry did take care of a rental for us since our car was a couple days past the finished date which was very nice of him.

Carriage masters failed to remove and replace my left headlight but charged me for it and did not walk me to my car to look at it before handing me the keys. I had to check it out myself and then when I noticed the work was not done the receptionist told me to come back tomorrow because everyone was gone for the day. This ruined my day. I don't trust this company and will never go back. I am going to request my money back for the charged head light and get it replaced elsewhere. It makes me wonder what other shady business they did to my car. I am requesting a call back. I will be reporting this to the car insurance agency I used. I am beyond dissatisfied. I doubt they will make this right.
