My car was dropped for a three day repair and it took 16 Days. I had a rental allowance of $600 and spent that and had to spend almost $400 out of pocket for the remaining of my rental. I got one update while my car was in the shop and that was that my fender came in damaged from Berglund and that y’all were looking for another one. I had to call to find out updates about my car. I called today 10/31 to check on my car and y’all stated it would be ready around 5:00. Once I picked up my car I received text messages saying I would receive up to date information about my car which I never did and never received a text from Woodings until after my car was picked up by me. I feel that the delay in getting my car fixed causing me to have to pay over my rental allowance should be Woodings responsibility.
