Great service and car looks great! We have used you in the past and we are always pleased. An additional shout out this visit to Jake and Randy. I had been waiting for an extremely long time for the car rental agency to pick me up, I had already called, Jake called and they were "on their way", so the woman at the counter called (I didn't catch her name) and they basically hung up on her so Randy was kind enough to drive me to Enterprise to pick up my rental and even went inside with me to let them know of our dissatisfaction. I know you don't always hear the good things, so I want to make sure to mention that everyone went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and the car looks great too! Thank you for the awesome customer service!
