100 percent satisfied, I was informed through out the repair process and my vehicle was returned like I just left a car wash, both the interior and exterior were cleaned even the tires and wheels were shinning. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and the office and shop was very clean. Would diffinitly do it again. Enterprise rental was also very good to me, my rental vehicle was at the shop waiting for me and they were there when I returned it to the repair shop. I am left with a lot to talk about and I will do so. THANKS TO MANCI’S BODY SHOP.

The professionalism was outstanding. They took the car in after closing and explained in detail what needed to be done. They saw that the tire that wasn’t damaged was nearly bald and offered to order me a new tire at cost. They replaced the tire and didn’t charge for labor (I had just bought the same new tire that was damaged in the accident and Manci’s price was cheaper because they actually charged me their cost). I am completely satisfied with the auto body repair. The turnaround time on the car was great. I will recommend everyone I know to use Manci’s for their auto body repair. They well exceeded my expectations and went the extra mile.
