Brighton Chrysler Collision

My repair was mishandled by body shop personnel not paying close enough attention to my telling them what was damaged and them not inspecting and documenting that damage. As a result full repairs were not completed the first time and a second trip was necessary to complete all the necessary repairs. It is unfortunate that this incident overshadowed what was a satisfactory repair. If given the choice I would not return for future service.

Was a little discouraged to find no envelopes available for after hours drop off at the body shop. Truck was repaired in a timely manner and was completed a day ahead of communicated target which is very much appreciated. Cleanliness of the truck inside and out, especially the exterior, was superb. We were very impressed by this - Awesome!! Thank you!!

Car repair looks like new! And I really appreciated the complimentary car rental especially since the repair took longer than expected.

Keep up the good work! Good collision repair shops are hard to find.
