Easy to work with, did a great job and was pleased with ease of communication and texting system. Kept me updated the whole time. Only thing that could be improved is that they have a call center that scheduled my inspection before repair and since they were not from the actual facility, they told me it would just be an inspection. When I got to fix auto they were ready to take my car but I wasn't aware it was an inspection and drop off. Only miss communication but doesn't effect my opinion of fix-it auto at all. Wanted to give feedback to fix it for future calls.
