Austin wasn’t nothing short of amazing with the communication! I was always aware of what stage of repair the car was in, what the expected timelines for getting it back were and was very transparent about the cost of the various services! While i’d like to never be in a situation where I need to get collision damage repairs, if I was in such a situation, i wouldn’t think twice before taking it to Schomp!

I had a good experience.
My only observation is, the first time when I had stopped by to get an estimate for the Bumper repair, none of us thought about pulling in the old records to see if I was in the system already.
Later when I filed for insurance, and they pointed out that back in 2021 the Bumper work was done by the same location, then I circled back.
I know it's not always easy, but that's my only feedback that, my old record could have been looked up.
But once we found out that the same center had done the work in the past, the management staff was very courteous, very professional and went an extra mile to even give me a ride back to my place.
Overall, I am happy. I appreciate the full staff and their efforts in making this right.
