My car was supposed to be ready in three days but it took five. I understand that there was additional work to be done however no one called me to tell me about that. The work appears to be well done however the communication could have been much better.

I was very surprised at how smoothly the whole process went. The front desk took care of all rental car arrangements, I was in and out quickly at both drop off and pick up, and my car was picked up cleaner than it was when I dropped it off.
