Too many hold ups and delays, being told 3 times there was a delay because of 3 different reasons. Refusal to give a loaner vehicle. forgetting to order parts. I've driven Chevrolet vehicles my entire life with no service/repair delays and no issue getting loaner vehicles the day mine was taken in. This was my first and last FCA vehicle due to a poor experience.

I was treated very well by the Galena's collision shop. I was kept informed of their progress on a daily basis. The Durango looks like new after it was fixed. There have been a lot of changes of how the customer is treated at the collision shop. All of them better then the past. Norm Dollar
