I was handled with completely excellent and fast service. I had no setbacks between the company and my insurance company, there were no setbacks between the collision center and the rental company, and there were no setbacks between me and the employees. Everyone I talked to was kind, understanding, and extremely helpful. The repair went quicker than I thought, and my car looks just as good as the day I picked it up. Gentile’s is an excellent company in every way, but their customer service stands above any other collision center I’ve been to.
