I was amazed with the service and the people I talked with. Everyone was very nice. I was very happy with everything. Until I got into my car this morning and the entire back, inside of my vehicle was soaked. It's still wet. I'm bumming out. I've had my car for a year now and this has never happened. Drove for **** day and my Serpentine belt popped off and there’s oil in that area. Guessing that’s how it popped off. Never had a problem with this before. Wondering if you guys generally worked in that area to caused this problem. Plus my steering wheel shakes when I’m pressing make breaks to make a stop. Alignment maybe? You gave me new tires so I’m guessing it wouldn’t be that. I would love if you guys contact me to follow up on this. I just want to make sure my car gets back into the condition it was at before the incident.
