As always everyone was awesome. I wish I had known they were replacing one of my headlights. If I had known I would have paid to have the other replaced so they match. Not a complaint at all. Just would have done the other. Everyone And Every time I deal with Sewell it is excellence! We have bought 5 cars thru you. Thanks for all you do!!

They forgot to replace the temperature sensor so now our temperature does not work. This is the second time this shop has done this, now I will have to take my car in again to get it fixed. Extremely frustrated, will not be using this shop again. In addition Craig was not good at keeping me informed. Yes I did receive generalized texts but did not get a call or text telling me there was a delay. I had much better customer service with Eric Reidell with my last service

Loved my experience with Sewell Lexus, Ft. Worth! Stressful situation having my key and wallet stolen from my car. Felt like I was in good hands from the very moment I arrived to have new key programmed. I can't great things about the lady and gentlemen who facilitated and expedited having new key made. As a long time Lexus customer in Dallas, I will say that service at Sewell Ft. Worth exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!

When I went to pick up my car. They told me it would be brought around and inspected. I getting some water and a man found me and said "your car appears to be 'dusty' and doesn't look clean enough. Would you have time for us to re-wash it?"...I of course allowed this and it came out sparkling...Thanks for the great customer experience.

Everyone was very nice and understood my distress over the damage to my 2014 Cadillac ATS! My pride and joy! I even named her "Bonnie"! Eric was especially great, sympathetic, and reassuring that all can be fixed just like new. Everyone made a bad event as pleasent as possible. Thank You!
