The information as to the repair and the status or reasons for delays were hard to come by. Everytime we called in, the person answering was never able to tell us anything. She would say that she would call us back but after a day or two after not hearing anything, we would have to initiate another call in.
Also, Most automated updates were incorrect. They would tell us that the car would be ready no later than a certain date. But, when we called in to inquire further we were told that was incorrect and the car was still waiting for parts.
While the repair appears to be correct and hopefully of the best quality, the experience and information flow was lacking.
Finally, while we really appreciate the car wash, we would have chosen not to have a scent put in the interior If given the choice.

Your male receptionist lied then lady lied about summiting my supplemental claim when they didn’t. You kept my car 10 days before you summiteers the supplemental report. It should of taken 3 days at most.
