When I picked my car up that took an extra two days to repair due to damaged parts my bumper was a different shade of black.. I was also told by a lady in the office that plastic and metal are not going to be the same color.. My husband was told a different thing by Kevin the gentleman who showed him the work that was done in my vehicle he said USAA would not pay for blending my car so that the colors would match!! I have had another vehicle of mine repaired and painted at a different facility and it looks fine even after two years.. I was told by Kevin that I have to call USAA about my complaint.. Not satisfied at all!! I would like to hear from an employee from car star about my comment.. That would be greatly appreciated..
