I was aware of the company prior to having my vehicle repaired by them. Once I file my claim with my insurance company (USAA) it was the first place suggested. Immediately I agreed that I wanted my vehicle repaired at that company. I received a phone call from a man named Tony after my claim had been completely filed. Tony was polite and courteous while answering all questions about my claim. I was also updated constantly about the progress of the repairs being made. Greatly appreciate all the help restoring my vehicle!

I was very impressed when first walked in. Jerry was very nice came out and looked at damage to my Lincoln. Apologized he could not get us in for about week, He said drop off car on Nov 13th he will have rental car company there with a car. Dropped car off on Nov 13th the rental car company was there waiting. Got a text same day stating they were looking at the car and would be ready on Nov 22nd. Then got a call on Nov 16th from Jerry, stating car would be ready at **** pm. Husband went in dropped off rental car and Jerry explained everything that they did to fix the Lincoln. looks amazing you would never know anything happened. I want to thank everyone from the receptionist to the techs that worked on my Lincoln for the positive experience. Thank you for the quick turn around and amazing work. ????

The experience from start to finish was great. I was informed every step of the way with how the repair was going. I didn't have much of an expectation. The thought did cross my mind that there would be extra miles on my car because of someone taking a joy ride, but that was not the case at all. My car was there for 9 days and not **** extra mile was on it. I just wanted the job done right and it was. The team even valium and put one of those paper mates down in my car and it was cleaned inside and out. I would recommend CarStar Hi-tech in Spanaway to everyone. Best repair service I've ever had.
