They were amazing my car was repaired fast and they let me know every step of the way it even came back detailed inside which made me fall in love with it all over again I would recommend these people time and time again

Very professional!!!! I liked the text updates. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. She kept me updated on the status of my deductible from my insurance company (collision vs upd). My car was done earlier than expected which was awesome. The estimator was very quick and made sure usaa got the estimate immediately. I actually work for an insurance company in claims and now feel really good about sending our insureds to carstar.
