From the first phone call to schedule an estimate to picking up my repairs vehicle, Alpine Carstar was honest, professional, and timely. Any questions were answered quickly and the repair took less.time than I was originally scheduled to expect. Not hoping for more repair work, but I know where to go if needed.

The entire process took a very long time. On multiple occasions I had called and arranged an appointment for estimate and there was no record of that appointment when I showed up. Multiple supplements were submitted after an initial estimate that included nearly a complete re-skinning of the vehicle. The people that I did speak with however were polite and strived to make things right.

Everything went well. I wish I had scheduled the estimate and repair for different dates. My car sat at the shop awaiting parts and labor while I could have been using it. But overall the service was great.
A notable issue is my passenger window is not opening now. It was fully functional when I left the car. I am unsure how to proceed.

It was fast and very easy when I dropped off the car. It was also very easy to get the rental car. I was updated along the way as the repairs were done, and it was earlier than they expected. Pick up took less than 10 minutes.
