Expectations were set and not met. In the future, I would recommend giving an estimated time of completion assuming that something might go wrong, rather than everything going right, then your customers can be pleasantly surprised when the car is ready before expected. My completion date was extended 3 days in a row, but only by one day each time. If the first time, it was extended by 2 days, that also would have resulted in higher satisfaction.

Everything was great with one exception. In addition to repairs, **** agreed to do the annual inspection, due this month. This morning when I picked up the car, I saw that the inspection was not done. My daughter will need to schedule a separate appointment for this, unfortunately.

Bob, Joyce and the staff were wonderful. I loved the texts I received throughout the week. A nice touch! It made me feel like I had a child in daycare.
