I really appreciated the phone textes keeping me updated on the progress of my car and the quickness of service and great customer service when speaking with staff. I also appreciated my car being cleaned when returned to me. I will definitely encourage people if they have any issue with their cars to go to rock hill collision; my car looked brand new as if nothing was wrong and also gave me a detailed bill of everything that was done from hours spent on car to pricing.
