When we first walked in the lady at the front desk talked rude to us until she remembered an insurance company sent her information for us. Once we were directed to Steve he was very helpful and thorough. They we very flexible with allowing us to come in on a later date to pick up our vehicle due to being out of town. However when we arrived to pay, we were asked to pay a higher amount than was on the initial quote I was given over the phone. When we explained the quote we were given, we were told that no one said that price to us. We had to argue a little and explain more until the paperwork was looked thru and found out we were right. Just a couple examples of poor customer service and an unorganized system. I have had work done here before and had a great experience. This time was not as satisfying
