The emails kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle repair. The staff explained very clearly what had been done when I picked up the van on Tuesday, reviewed the bill and the type of items used for the repair, and were very pleasant and friendly. I would certainly recommend Busse Auto Body to people I know who might need repairs (Hopefully I won't need to return, but if my vehicles need body work done, I would definitely come back).

Aside from insurance work performed, I had requested and quoted for additional repair. A nick on the bumper was suppose to be fixed and painted. I was told that he ran out of paint. This is a lame excuse, in my opinion.
