Repair job looks great. There is a scratch on mirror that was not there but was told to return to have them buff out. Also looks like something has gotten on hood, hopefully can also be taken care of when I return about the mirror. Upon opening rear hatch there was lots of white powdery dust all over inside back. Over all the repair looks good.

The repair took longer than anticipated, which caused issues with our family's schedule, as well as with the rental car agency. Also, the damage to the rear of the vehicle does not appear to have been completely repaired ("scuffed paint") and additionally there appears to be an issue (a "popped" trim piece) on the other side of the vehicle which I do not believe was present when the vehicle was dropped off...
