Great communication. Michelle made me feel supported. My car took a long time to complete and she would call me anytime there was an update. My car over heated after I picked it up and as soon as I called, Larry was on his way to help. He was able to fix the issue and send me on my way.
The only recommendation I would suggest is to wash the car or wash it better. My car was filthy on the outside and the windows were very cloudy.
