As a repeat customer I am grateful for their customer service, quality of their work on all aspects (from the moment you schedule. Drop off to when you lock your car up) and how timely they are with repairs. Anytime I'm faced with the stress of having to get my car repaired, where I'm decided on going for the repairs is one less thing to stress over.

I have only just now seen the vehicle post repairs but as far as what I see, I am satisfied. I did a check when I arrived back into town from a business trip but must admit it was dark and I'll have a better opportunity to look tomorrow. Regarding the customer service I was very satisfied with Collision Clinic's efforts to keep me informed. The scheduled time frame of completion was off by a day, but I understand that sort of thing happens easily.
