It may just be my adjusters fault. I heard from her when the theft happened and nothing after. I lost 22 inch wheels with brand new tires. I was told I was allotted $1300 to replace them. 22's rims and tires are $1500 and up. I settled for 18 inch factory wheels to only find out that the rims were refurbished. No I'm NOT happy. I don't like driving the car right now. My first shop could not get me in so I went with the insurance preferred. I am totally dissatisfied. Sorry...

Customer service is great. Quality assurance needs some work. This is my third visit to the facility, and each time has required me sending my vehicle back to repair swirl marks, areas that have not been polished, or other inadequate workmanship. In this most recent visit, I had to send the vehicle back for swirl marks to be removed and an area of paint to be polished. Unfortunately, I’ve jut now noticed that there are scratches on the vehicle that weren’t there before I brought it in for repairs. I suspect these scratches occurred during washing.
