I am happy with the work that was done on my car, I wished that the work was completed on the day promised, the paint job was not properly done and had to be fixed. The customer service at first was awesome until I pointed out that the paint was not good. However, it was completed the next day perfectly. Sad to say that no one was there to greet me upon pick up of my car and discuss anything regarding the repair. A different feeling from the day that I dropped off my car.

The body work was fine . The customer service was lacking.When I was checking out, I was explaining something to the person at the front counter.The phone rang and while I was speaking she answered it. I just said, you don't want to know and turned to leave. She called after me...I had to answer the phone--- I did not respond. Yes..she did need to answer the phone.But before she did, she could have said, excuse me, I need to get this. Being polite is important. And when I got in the car I could not find my personal items. After searching, found them thrown in my glove box and in the storage area between the seats. My other things were thrown in the trunk. I did not know I should remove my utems--- had someone told me I would have done so.
