I'm in the process of suing them. They made every vain attempt to neglect their responsibilities with my vehicle. Initially I brought the vehicle in as part of an insurance claim. They serviced the vehicle but it was still largely inoperable. When I brought the vehicle back to the shop as the insurance company informed me I should do, they denied any responsibility but my car was in perfect shape before the accident. They just didn't want to take responsibility for taking the insurance companies money and not fixing my car. I work for a large internet marketing firm and I intend to do whatever it takes to make sure this never happens to anyone again. If you've been scammed also, please post your reviews.
