The work done on the car was great. I just wish communication was better. The orginal estimate from the carwise site said it would be done by dec. 26, than theyre were no more updates. I had to call 4 seperate times on 4 different days to get an answer as to how much longer it would be for my repair to complete. i left a message and was told on 3 occasions someone would call but never got a callback. Please inprove communication. I loved the carwise website idea, if only someone would keep updating it.
