Our repair took 3 times longer than promised. We were not kept in the loop, only when we called were we given updates. Our rental cost us additional $$ daily over what our insurance paid. Our 30 days of rental was fully exhausted and will be 2 additional days before we receive our car. We have used Service King in the past, but will not be using them in the future.

The people were great. I am a repeat customer. The front part of the car they worked on was good but the lower sides were still dirty from when it came in. I don’t like the idea of washing a newly painted car but I have to wash it today to get that dirt off. It’s a small car I don’t know why they couldn’t have done that for me.
