My vehicle started at Crete because it's close to my house and they weren't able to accommodate the time due to work load. When they informed me that it could go to Chicago Heights, I was okay but I was in for pleasent surprise! Chicago Heights staff was very tentative and courteous and especially during this time and I appreciated that. The text messages were also very helpful however Joe would follow up with a call to share what a text message couldn't and that made my experience even better. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
