Took way to long to fix minor damages.
Also tail lamp light wasn't working even though it was part of the repair.
Made appointment for estimate, had to call to find out what was up, made appointment for repair via 800 number when I took car in I had to return as they didn't have info.
Kind of frustrating, lack of communication and coordination.

I was hesitant because it was my first car repair, but I was recommended to you by my brother. I will say I was impressed by the professionalism when I walked into the door and had an employee walk me through the replacement process and explained the possibility of damage that could be underneath. I felt very assured and comfortable and also felt that I was leaving my car in good hands. The estimate of completion was on time, which was great. I was very impressed with the work, and was pleasantly surprised to find that my car had been cleaned inside and out... What amazing customer service!
