Over promised and under delivered. The date changed 3 times. You should expect delays and wrong parts being sent if you're relying on someone else unfortunately. Never once got a call just an automated text. Since I have other vehicles to drive it wasn't an issue but if you want honest feedback on a survey here it is.

The repair estimate was efficiently generated. Contact by the staff with the insurance coverer was prompt and approval quickly received. The repair was scheduled and the work completed one day earlier than the original estimate. Quality of work was, as always, extremely good. Don't want to need your services again but if I need repair service it will be dome at Ray's.

The repairs might look good on outside, but the wiper fluid light is still on. I would think this would've been corrected. Also I appreciate the cleaning of my vehicle, but to find the outlet where my phone charger was plugged in not hanging out when I retrieved my vehicle was most unpleasant!

Repairs seem to have worked well. But there is no led light bulb that I used before repairing. Obviously it could be used, but it is equipped with a normal light bulb. I want to find the led light bulb. Please contact.
