The estimator told me that my hub cap would be replaced. When I received my truck it had not been replaced.

The only open item is there is a sound of wind at the passenger's door that started from a previous repair that was supposed to be fixed. The repair is not satisfactory because the wind sound is still present. Other than that the service is very good.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Ray's. From the time I walked in to get an estimate to the time I walked out the door with my repaired car, the entire process was professional, friendly, and wonderful. Robert took the time to go over the estimate and walk through the process and didn't act as if it was an inconvenience as other places in the area did. On top over everything, my car was ready a day early! When I got there to pick it up, it had been washed and the inside completely detailed! Great customer service!
