After my car accident the car star team was amazing from beginning to end. Their agents were helpful and polite. The service was fantastic and the car looks great. However there is a noise in the back and that was what was repaired, that was not there before the car went into the shop.

I was very upset you would not accept my Mom's credit card which necessitated awkward cross border financial transactions so I coulld get my car. It may have been in the written paperwork but at no point did the staff clarify it when I brought the car in which was immediately after my accisdent. I was also not kept appraised of the continually rising cost of the repairs, it was nearly double the estimate and I believe that work was done on parts of the car where it was not required. At this point if I need car repairs agan I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere.
