There are paint imperfections on the hood and the front quarter panel. Additionally my jeep went into the shop with a fully functioning rear lift gate. When I picked it up the rear lift arm was broke off and rolling around in the back of my jeep. This only could have happened with someone opening the liftgate because the lift cylinder is contained in the body. Your team never notified me and when I questioned the store they told me it wasn't them. I understand things break but if it broke under your care someone should admit it rather than hiding it and denying. Basically telling me I am fabricating a story.

I was generally pleased, except that the cover on my gas cap would not shut. I took it back once, thought it was fixed, but the next time I got gas, it still wouldn't shut. I took it back again, and now a part is being ordered. I'm hoping that in the end that the problem will be solved.
