While I was satisfied with the overall work that was done on my truck, I do feel that you went overboard with replacing unnecessary parts. For instance, I don’t think that a new tire was warranted but it was submitted to the insurance company and they agreed to pay for it. I was even offered the opportunity to leep the old tire. There’s a few other parts as well. I did noticed a scratch on my 20 inch chrome wheel that was not there before I brought it in. Even the worker who showed me my truck stated the same but he id not seem to interested in fixing the problem. I’m sure it will rust over time and then I’ll have to fix that problem out of my own pocket.
