Jessie was great to deal with. Very, friendly, responsive and professional. Car was ready on 9/10 before promised date of 9/11. Marc took the time to listen and answer my questions prior to and during the repair process. I answered to question honestly about how clean the car was returned. It was clean from the repair but had not been vacuumed, etc. because of being picked up early.

Both the front and back bumpers were repaired nicely - just like new. However the small section of pin stripping that had to be redone does not look good. Looks like it was a quick afterthought. This doesn't look like Jim's work wo did the original pin stripping.
