I love speaking with any representative at Goodfellas. All were kind and listened to what i had to say, and explained any questions that were asked. They explained that they could wait for me if I didn't get off work in time to pick up my vehicle. That helps me a lot especially when I need to work. I asked about a ding on my tailgate getting fixed. And was told if I get into another accident it will be fixed next time. I didn't ask about having another accident. I wanted a quote for getting my tailgate repaired and was just brushed off.
