The work on the vehicle done was good. Attention to detail was extremely crappy. The steering wheel after alignment is not straight and there was residue on the body moldings that workers were making excuses on where it came from instead of cleaning it. The whole planning, communication and execution of the repair process was extremely flawed. (If everyone had this experience I’m not sure how you’re still in business and certified by insurances and manufacturers). We were lied to, mislead, misinformed and given partial or no information on several occasions about the status of the vehicle and the work being done. And last, I finally had enough and quit calling CBS and would call and talk to Acura directly. I never received a phone call from your General Manger, and I’m not sure the location Bill was much better than Butch. I will not Ever bring another vehicle to y’all, and Hope eSurance reevaluates who they use as trusted body shops. I would still like a phone call from the GM of CBS Collision.
