I thought Nick the representative from USAA at Tag Collision did an outstanding job when I took my car in to be appraised for repair. He answered all my questions and provided me with a written estimate of all the repairs and an estimated sate for the repairs to be completed.

Professional repair. Like new! TAG Collision's personal telephone communications keeping me advised of repair status was outstanding! The 'Carwise.net' email communications, while numerous, did not reflect the actual repair status and was worthless. Their computer algorithms need upgrading badly. TAG delivered. Nick Stoneham helped greatly and his efforts were much appreciated.
