Great getting text of the progress along the way. I was left a message at 4pm on Friday that it was ready but by the time I got the message it was already 5pm. Your shop is closed on weekends so I got stuck with the rental for 2.5 days more than I wanted. Wish I could have gotten an “anticipated completion status” so that I’d make an effort to check my msg and pick up my car b4 the weekend

Everyone is so nice and I received texts and phone calls keeping me updated on the progress of my repairs. Although it took a couple of extra days with the holiday than the anticipated finish date I completely understand. I know about car repairs after an accident and all the detail involved. I’d much rather have it take a couple of extra days for things to be done correctly and completely. I love that they have military signs and USAA recommendation signs in their office. I would highly recommend them and I hope I personally never have to go back as auto accidents are not fun.
