The drivers door was not addressed. It needed looked at due to a catch in the door after the deer struck my vehicle. Also, I said specifically do not clean out the vehicle which meant do not touch the items etc. It was even written down as such not to do so. The items were all thrown in the back of the vehicle from the front.I was not happy about that either.
